  • Manage enterprise-level projects for MSOW, a SaaS solution for hospital medical staff and managed care offices, representing contracts over $1million.

  • Serve as a leader and main communicator to ensure all project stakeholders are properly informed with project metrics.

  • Develop and track project requirements, resource schedules, change requests and risks while reporting project status to leadership.

  • Collaborate with the PMO team to design best practice project management policies and approve changes with interested parties. Examples include the change management plan and the risk analysis and reporting plan.

  • Lead eight concurrent client implementations per year of the MSOW SaaS platform from sales and scoping through launch.

  • Design and execute project plans for multiple product modules based on the specific client requirements per contract.

Successful team management begins with knowing the people and the skills and expertise they have. From there, acting as a promoter of the project to promote positivity and the vision of success allow resources to spend energy on solutions rather than problems.

PROJECT DOCUMENTATION

Efficient projects limit the amount of documentation in an effort to deliver the necessary message. Providing well-planned agendas with comprehensive meeting notes, analytics on project progress and informative leadership reports keep the project team moving forward.

SOFTWARE WORKFLOWS

Business analysis is often required when implementing a new piece of B2B software. Reviewing existing processes and uncover gaps in an effort to build improved workflows in the new application. Workflows are planned and remain flexible for minor adjustments during testing.
