The Resume Refresh course explores your experiences and helps align the wording to job postings in an advanced human and machine-friendly format. This course includes: + One 60-minute exploration workshop (booked immediately) where we review your current resume and experiences to understand how best to showcase your experiences on the resume. We will explore the format of resumes which can be read digitally and how you can maintain a resume that lands you at the top of the list when assessed by computer algorithms in hiring software such as Greenhouse, BambooHR, ADP and more. + Rebuild of your resume into the best-practice format where your experience, skills, education and personal information are showcased in a modern, easy to digest format. + One 30-minute new-look walkthrough (booked after rebuild) where we take a journey through your newly refreshed resume and understand how it can best be used to apply for various job postings and maintained over time.
